Online Public Notice for the Environmental Impact Assessment Approval Draft of the Tantalum-Niobium Production Line Environmental Protection, Safety, and Automation Technical Transformation Project of Hengyang King Xing Lifeng New Materials Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Decree No. 4), the relevant information regarding public participation in the environmental impact assessment of the Tantalum-Niobium Production Line Environmental Protection, Safety, and Automation Technical Transformation Project of Hengyang King Xing Lifeng New Materials Co., Ltd. is hereby announced. The details are as follows:

(I) Project Overview

Project Name: Tantalum-Niobium Production Line Environmental Protection, Safety, and Automation Technical Transformation Project of Hengyang King Xing Lifeng New Materials Co., Ltd.

Nature of Construction: Technical Transformation

Construction Location: Within Songmu Economic Development Zone, Hengyang, Hunan

Project Summary: The total investment for this project is RMB 45 million. The annual processing capacity of tantalum-niobium raw materials remains at 1,800 tons. Upon completion of the technical transformation, the project will realize an annual production line of 550 tons of tantalum-niobium oxides, an annual production line of 250 tons of potassium fluorotantalate, and supporting facilities, with the total production capacity remaining at 800 tons per year.
